COVID19 Update – March 23
It’s one of our favourite times of the year when the Italian Abate Fetel Pears arrive.
Long and slightly banana-shaped, these crisp pears are a yellowish-green. The flesh is sweet with notes of honey. You can eat the entire pear when soft to the touch, including the seeds. They are best compared to a bosc pear and are excellent to cook or bake with as they hold their shape. A must try.
