After refining of 3 months in the cheese dairy, and at least 9 months in the Kaltbach Caves, KALTBACH Le Gruyère’s AOP flavour matures completely, ensuring a long-lasting aftertaste and an appearance that’s almost as delicious as its taste, boasting a glossy patina finish.
We are demoing Kaltbach Cave Aged Gruyere in the store on Friday, December 8th and Saturday, December 9th. An amazing cheese to enjoy!
