Finca La Barca Olive Oil is a limited production Arbequina Olive Oil with an annual production of about 9,800 bottles. The oil is smoked with holm oak wood in their ancient barns for 15 days to produce a soft and complex smoky aroma. The variety of olive is “Arbequina”, which also gives the olive oil a delicate and fruity flavour.
The stylish bottle, is sealed with wax and makes a great gift for a friends or family who love food. This special Smoked Olive Oil can be used many ways, however it’s recommended as a finishing oil, drizzled over all types of dishes.
Try it with charcuterie and seafood, rice and pasta dishes or add it to oil-based sauces like “alioli” or mayonnaise.
