Our Chefs are back from a fabulous trip to Milan, Italy where they received additional gelato training bringing home ideas and inspiration for new Gelato 55 flavour combinations.
Each week our Chefs create new Gelato 55 flavours for the public and our customers to try. They accompany our customer favourites including Pistachio, Real Greek Yogurt, Fiore Di Latte, Nutella, Imported Italian Caramel-Latte and Zabaglione Custard.
This week using fresh Black Mission Figs they’ve created Black Mission Fig Gelato. Also new and a very popular creation, Lemon Basil Sorbetto.
